SMT, DIP, test and assembly
From bare board to sealed carton: SMT, DIP, testing, assembly and packing through one point of contact since 2016.

The stencil lines up with the pads, one pass of the squeegee leaves paste exactly where it belongs, and the placement machine sets each part on it. Prototypes, process checks and volume runs follow the same method.

The board passes through the reflow oven, the paste melts into bright solder joints, and from this moment the parts and the board are one.

Pin headers, terminal blocks and buttons go in from the top; the board is turned over, soldered and trimmed. We run two DIP insertion lines and can also take on packing and parts sourcing.

Spring probes land on the test points and the board is checked against its specification; it moves on only when the indicators light. Faults are diagnosed and repaired here, so problems stay on this side of shipping.

The board goes into its enclosure and the end plates are fastened, then into an anti-static bag and a carton, labelled. The packing and test line makes the last check before anything ships.

Lid, components, board, base. Customers do not have to split SMT, DIP, testing, assembly and packing across suppliers: one point of contact moves it all forward.

How we work
We confirm specifications, process conditions, scope, quantity and delivery date, so the project starts from a clear brief.
From the PCB, parts, fixtures, test conditions and packing, we work out how to run SMT, DIP, test and assembly.
Surface mounting, through-hole insertion, soldering and assembly follow the agreed flow, with the process control it needs.
Functional testing, fault diagnosis and repair, so problems are solved before shipping.
Final assembly, packing, labelling and pre-shipment preparation, ready for your onward delivery.
No need to split SMT, DIP, testing, repair, assembly and packing across suppliers. One contact runs the whole back end of production.
Quality first is not a slogan. Requirements, process review, testing and outgoing checks are settled up front, so there is less rework and less back-and-forth.
Rush orders, changes, problems or tight dates: with a clear scope and line setup, we can tell you quickly what is feasible.
Send us your product requirements, process conditions, test method or estimated quantity, and we will help plan the right processing, assembly, packing and production.
