SMT / DIP / TEST / ASSY: electronics manufacturing from start to finish
From surface mounting and through-hole insertion to testing, repair, final assembly and packing, with a clear division of work for steady delivery.
SMT, DIP and assembly contract manufacturing
Two DIP lines and one packaging and test line support contract manufacturing, packing, material sourcing, testing, repair and final packing.

01 · SMT
SMT assembly
Surface-mount assembly of PCBs, from samples and process confirmation through to volume production.
Best for: PCB surface mounting, samples to volume, consigned materials.

02 · DIP
DIP assembly
Two DIP lines for through-hole insertion, soldering, touch-up and back-end assembly, with packing and materials if needed.
Best for: through-hole parts, solder touch-up, manual back-end work, small to medium volumes.

03 · TEST / Repair
Test and repair
Functional testing, fault diagnosis and repair to your specification, for more predictable quality before shipping.
Best for: functional tests, fault diagnosis, repair and pre-shipment checks.

04 · ASSY
Final assembly
Product assembly, module integration and back-end work, with fewer hand-offs between steps.
Best for: module integration, enclosure assembly, semi-finished to finished goods.

05 · Packaging
Packing and pre-shipment
A packaging and test line for packing, labelling, sorting and pre-shipment checks.
Best for: labelling, packing, sorting, pre-shipment checks and batch delivery.

06 · OEM Support
Manufacturing, packing and materials
Flexible support for electronics manufacturing, packing, testing and materials, to suit your product.
Best for: projects that combine contract manufacturing, packing and material sourcing.
2
DIP lines
Through-hole insertion and assembly, solder touch-up and back-end work, for products that need steady volume production.
1
Packaging and test line
Testing, repair, assembly and final packing in one flow, so pre-shipment checks and delivery are clearer.
Scope
What we take on
Each process can be ordered on its own or linked into one flow.

- Packing test and pre-shipment checks
Prepare these for a faster quote
It does not have to be perfect: the clearer the information, the faster we can judge the process, lead time, testing and packing.
- Drawings, BOM or specifications
- Estimated quantity and target date
- Which of SMT / DIP / TEST / ASSY you need
- Test method, fixtures or acceptance criteria
- Packing, labelling and pre-shipment needs
- Consigned, sourced or partly sourced materials
From requirements to assembly, packing and shipping
Every step serves the same aims: quality, customer satisfaction, efficiency.
- 01
Requirements
We confirm specifications, process conditions, scope, quantity and delivery date, so the project starts from a clear brief.
- 02
Process review
From the PCB, parts, fixtures, test conditions and packing, we work out how to run SMT, DIP, test and assembly.
- 03
Production
Surface mounting, through-hole insertion, soldering and assembly follow the agreed flow, with the process control it needs.
- 04
Test and repair
Functional testing, fault diagnosis and repair, so problems are solved before shipping.
- 05
Assembly, packing, shipping
Final assembly, packing, labelling and pre-shipment preparation, ready for your onward delivery.
Questions
What customers ask most, answered directly.
What is the minimum order?
It depends on the product. DIP assembly usually starts at 500 boards; SMT is quoted by board area. Send us your requirements and we will assess them.
Can you do part of the process?
Yes. We take SMT, DIP, testing or packing on its own, or the whole process end to end.
What is the lead time?
Standard orders take about 5-10 working days; rush orders can be arranged. The quote confirms the actual lead time, based on quantity and complexity.
Can you source materials?
Yes. We offer manufacturing, packing and material sourcing, and we also work with materials you supply.
How do we start?
Send your product details, quantity and requirements through the contact page. We reply with our assessment within 1-2 working days.
Ready to start?
Send your requirements, estimated quantity and target date, and we will reply with our assessment and a quote as soon as we can.
